About Us

Torres Hardscapes Inc. is a growing landscape construction company specializing in high-quality hardscape and exterior construction projects across the GTA. Our projects range from complex residential builds to commercial and municipal landscape construction. We pride ourselves on professional execution, clear communication, and strong site leadership. We are currently seeking a laborer to support daily construction activities and assist crews with production. This role is essential to keeping projects running efficiently, safely, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with site preparation including excavation support, grading, and base installation
- Load, unload, and transport materials (stone, soil, tools, equipment)
- Support installation of interlock, slabs, retaining walls, and concrete
- Operate basic tools and equipment (plate tamper, saws, drills, etc.)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
- Follow direction from Foreman and Site Supervisor to meet daily production goals
- Assist with site setup, protection, and cleanup




- Follow all company safety policies and wear proper PPE

Qualifications & Experience

- 1–3 years of experience in construction or landscape construction (preferred)
- Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn and take direction
- Physically capable of performing demanding outdoor work
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented workplace
- Valid G Driver’s License (asset)

Preferred Assets

- Experience with hardscape (interlock, retaining walls, concrete)
- Experience operating equipment (skid steer, mini excavator)
- Bilingual (English / Portuguese or Spanish) is an asset

Schedule

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Pay: $27.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45.0 – 50.0 per week
