Duties

- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems, including Micros POS, to process customer orders efficiently.
- Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
- Ensure all food handling and sanitation procedures are followed to maintain food safety standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, and addressing inquiries or concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and food prep stations.
- Assist with upselling menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
Skills
- Experience in food preparation and food handling within a restaurant or food industry setting.
- Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, for efficient transaction processing.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks during busy periods.
- Previous food service or restaurant experience is preferred but not required; a positive attitude is essential!
- Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and order accuracy.
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and proper kitchen procedures.
