- Receive deliveries, put items away, and help coordinate with outside service providers when needed.
- Maintain a welcoming, organized home environment.
Laundry & Clothing Care
- Manage household laundry, including washing, drying, folding, ironing, steaming, and putting items away.
- Take appropriate care of delicate clothing, linens, and special garments.
- Keep closets, drawers, and linen storage areas organized.
- Monitor household linens and identify when items need attention or replacement.
Meal Preparation & Kitchen Support
- Prepare fresh,
home-style meals for the family, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner as needed.
- Follow the family's food preferences, recipes, dietary needs, and daily schedule.
- Help plan meals, prepare grocery lists, and keep track of kitchen supplies.
- Prepare snacks and simple meals throughout the day.
- Keep the kitchen clean and organized, including washing dishes, storing leftovers, and resetting the space after meals.

- Shop for groceries, cleaning products, toiletries, and other household necessities.
- Keep track of supplies and replenish items before they run out.
- Organize grocery deliveries and put purchases away properly.
- Maintain an orderly refrigerator, freezer, pantry, and storage areas.
Family & Household Support
- Work respectfully alongside the parents and nanny to support the smooth running of the household.
- Occasionally assist with simple baby-related tasks, such as preparing bottles or food, washing baby dishes, or tidying the nursery.
- Provide occasional light assistance or supervision when requested; primary childcare remains the responsibility of the parents and nanny.
- Help with additional household tasks as priorities change throughout the day.
Who Would Be a Good Fit?
We are looking for someone who is friendly, trustworthy, practical, and takes pride in doing a job well.

- Are organized, observant,
and able to manage several tasks throughout the day.

You do not need to have worked as a formal butler or household manager to apply. We welcome candidates who have built strong practical skills through housekeeping, hospitality, cooking, or supporting a busy household.
Schedule & Availability
This is a non-live-in position with a schedule that may vary depending on the family's needs.
Typical hours will generally fall between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, with some days potentially extending until approximately 8:00 PM.
Flexibility is important, and candidates should be comfortable with occasional longer days and reasonable changes to the daily schedule. Specific hours and scheduling expectations can be discussed during the interview process.
Compensation
$25–$30 per hour, depending on experience, skills, and overall fit. May be asked for a trial cleaning day to showcase experience and professionalism.
