Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated Plumber with a valid license and 2+ years of experience to lead our residential plumbing fixture installation team. This hands-on role requires strong teamwork, leadership skills, and the ability to perform repetitive installation tasks while ensuring high-quality workmanship in a supportive team environment. The successful candidate will lead a team of 3-4 labourers and will work across Canada completing installations for our customers.

Responsibilities

- Lead and support a small installation crew during residential retrofit installation
- Perform plumbing installations, including toilets, flanges, shut-off valves, and other related components
- Carry heavy materials and equipment up to 60 lbs independently - Must be comfortable lifting up to 60 lbs (assistance and equipment provided where needed to ensure safety)
- Perform residential/multifamily/high-rise plumbing repairs and leak diagnostics
- Maintain detailed records of all work performed using a provided tablet/phone/tracking apps (training provided)
- Ensure safety and quality standards are met on every job site




- Report directly to the Installation Supervisor and collaborate closely with the in office team
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with managers, clients, and coworkers
- Assist with any additional tasks required during installations
- Able to troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise during installations, including complaints
- Willing to travel throughout the GTA and out-of-province as needed. Travel is typically 25%-30%, but can increase to 40%-50% during some out of town projects

Requirements

Must be located in Canada and willing to travel to Vaughan ON

Valid Full G driver’s license in good standing

Must have your own vehicle

Clean criminal background check
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs without assistance
Punctual, reliable, with a history of honesty and integrity in past roles
Comfortable performing repetitive tasks and manual labour
Excellent communication/customer service skills for interacting with customers
Able to travel outside the GTA approximately 40% of the time (e.g., 5-10 days travel is possible each month – some months may require no travel)
Previous commercial/highrise experience is required

Schedule:

- Full time - Typically 8AM – 430PM (hours vary by project)
- Flexibility may be required depending on project location

Compensation:

- Competitive hourly rate of $42-$45 / Hr

Pay: $40.00-$45.00 per hour
