● Keep vehicles, machinery, and equipment clean, organized, and ready for the next service event.

● Operate equipment responsibly to reduce unnecessary wear, breakdowns, and operating costs.

Safety & Property Protection

● Follow all applicable traffic laws, workplace safety requirements, and company operating procedures.

● Maintain awareness of pedestrians, vehicles, obstacles, overhead hazards, and changing site conditions.

● Use caution when operating around parked vehicles, narrow driveways, garage doors, curbs, and other obstacles.

● Report property damage, near misses, accidents, and unsafe conditions immediately.

● Maintain accurate records of work completed and report any customer concerns or unusual site conditions.

● Work collaboratively with other operators and ground crew members to ensure reliable and timely service.

Seasonal Support

● Assist with equipment preparation, winterization, cleaning, and storage at the beginning and end of the season.

● Participate in equipment checks and seasonal maintenance activities.

● Where available and agreed upon, assist with summer lawn care, property maintenance, or other seasonal company operations.

Qualifications & Requirements

● Valid driver’s licence appropriate for the vehicle being operated, with a satisfactory driving record.

● Demonstrated experience operating a pickup truck with a snowplow, tractor, snow blower, loader, or comparable equipment is preferred.
