Duties:
- Direct traffic to ensure the safety of pedestrians, motorists, and construction workers
- Set up and maintain work zones, including signage and cones
- Communicate with coworkers and drivers using hand signals, two-way radios, or other communication devices
- Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Monitor traffic flow and adjust traffic control devices as necessary
- Report any issues or concerns to supervisors

- Qualifications:
- - Must be at least 18 years old- Traffic Control Person Card (required)- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record- Ability to stand for long periods of time and work in various weather conditions- Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions- Knowledge of basic traffic control procedures and safety regulation

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour

- Kamloops, BC V2H 1C5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Traffic Control Person Card (required)
