We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable individual to join our production team. In this role, you will work within a clean lab environment as part of a highly supportive and collaborative team. You will be responsible for creating products from scratch, ensuring precise measurements, and managing the final packaging process. This is the perfect position for someone who enjoys hands-on work but is also comfortable using a computer for basic administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities

- Production & Compounding: Accurately weighing raw materials and mixing solutions in a lab setting according to specific formulas.
- Assembly & Packaging: Carefully packing finished products and preparing them for shipment to ensure they arrive perfectly for our customers.
- Office & Data Entry: Using Microsoft Office (Excel/Word) to log production data, print shipping labels, and track inventory.
- Workspace Management: Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe lab environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Manual Dexterity:



Comfortable working with your hands and standing for the duration of your shift.
- Mathematical Accuracy: Ability to precisely weigh materials and follow ratios (basic math is essential for our formulas).
- Computer Literacy: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
- Attention to Detail: You take pride in your work and notice the "small things," from weight discrepancies to label alignment.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
