Process Analyst:
On behalf of our Retail client, Procom is searching for a Process Analyst for a 3 month contract role. This position is a remote position located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

Process Analyst - Job Description:
The Process Analyst will support operational excellence, governance, and continuous improvement across our client’s Data and Integration Technology (DIT) portfolio. The role involves coordinating activities across IT Service Management, project transitions, and financial operations, ensuring processes run efficiently and align with enterprise standards.

Process Analyst - Responsibilities:

- Lead the DIT ITSM practice by reviewing and approving change requests.
- Oversee transition activities for new DIT platforms and applications into production support.
- Support incident and problem management through coordination and communication across teams.
- Evaluate and enhance DIT processes related to change, release, and transition management.
- Identify gaps or inefficiencies and propose improvements to optimize workflows.
- Collaborate with project and QA teams to ensure smooth delivery and transition of initiatives.
- Assist with financial management activities including accruals, invoice approvals,



and contract renewals.
- Act as a liaison between DIT leadership, support teams, and project teams.

Process Analyst - Mandatory Skills:

- 3–5 years of experience in process analysis, IT coordination, or change management roles.
- Strong understanding of ITSM, project delivery, and QA processes.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills with a team-first mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, and collaboration tools (Teams, Planner, etc.).

Process Analyst – Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Experience in enterprise environments or large-scale IT organizations.

Process Analyst – Assignment Length:
This is a 3 month contract position.
