I’m Ella Tiberghien, Recruitment Consultant with FED ManuTech, specializing in engineering, technical and manufacturing positions. I’m currently recruiting a Production Foreman for a manufacturing company looking for a hands-on leader to supervise its production team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

YOUR MISSIONS

Reporting to the Production Manager, you will oversee daily activities on the production floor and ensure that safety, quality, productivity and delivery targets are met.

Your responsibilities will include:

Leading, coaching and supervising production employees;
Planning work schedules and assigning daily tasks according to production priorities;
Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards and addressing issues when they arise;
Monitoring production output, quality and efficiency;
Adjusting staffing and resources according to operational needs;
Identifying production floor issues and coordinating maintenance interventions when required;
Supporting employee onboarding, training and performance evaluations;
Maintaining a positive and productive work environment;
Managing day-to-day employee issues and escalating concerns when necessary;
Completing production reports and participating in team meetings;




Ensuring quality procedures are followed and non-conformities are properly addressed;
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives such as 5S and Lean.

YOUR PROFILE

Diploma in Operations Management, Planning or equivalent experience;
Minimum 2 years of experience supervising or coordinating production teams;
Experience in a manufacturing plant;
Strong hands-on leadership and ability to motivate a team;
Robust organizational and problem-solving skills;
Ability to manage priorities and respond effectively to urgent situations;
Excellent communication skills;
Strong French and English skills, both spoken and written;
Knowledge of Genius and MS Office;
Basic knowledge of Excel, ERP or production management software.

Working Conditions
Permanent position;
Day shift; and after 3 months evening shift
Hands-on leadership role with a strong presence on the production floor;
Manufacturing environment where you will have a direct impact on daily operations;
