Carrie Kwai PREC* and Eric Xiao of RE/MAX Crest Realty are looking for a professional, client-facing Real Estate Sales Associate to support our presale and resale business across Burnaby, Vancouver and Richmond. This part-time contract role offers warm leads, hands-on mentorship and a practical path to building your real estate career.

About Us

- Established presale and resale practice serving Burnaby, Vancouver and Richmond

The Role

- Conduct property showings, buyer tours and rental showings

- Host and staff open houses

- Attend on-site inspections with clients

- Follow up with clients promptly and keep them informed throughout the process

- Part time / contract, with flexible hours including some evenings and weekends

What You Bring

- BC real estate licence (BCFSA) preferred

- Licence in progress? You may join as a part-time apprentice on a base/hourly contract, supporting assistant and non-licensed tasks until you are licensed

- Mandarin and/or Cantonese an asset.

- Mandarin or Cantonese speakers welcome.

- A professional,



client-facing manner with strong communication and follow-up skills

- Organized, reliable and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team

Compensation

- Base pay: $2,000–$2,500 per month, based on scheduled admin hours and activity

- Commission: paid on top of base pay for each successful closed transaction, estimated $40,000–$100,000 per year depending on performance

- Commission is performance-based and not guaranteed
