Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs.
- Provide expert advice on commercial insurance products tailored to client requirements.
- Conduct outside sales activities to expand our client base within the Greater Toronto Area.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Assist in marketing efforts to promote our services and attract new clients.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details.
Qualifications
- Robust communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to develop relationships with diverse clients.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Excellent analysis skills for assessing client needs.
- Customer service-oriented mindset.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales.
- Prior insurance sales experience is an asset
