The Cover Brothers Inc. is looking for a motivated and personable Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. We specialize in premium hot tub, swim spa, and pool covers, serving customers throughout Canada and the United States.

This is a great prospect for someone who enjoys working with customers, is comfortable on the phone and email, and wants to build a career in sales with a growing e-commerce company.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Respond to incoming sales inquiries by phone, email, and online channels
- Help customers select the correct hot tub, swim spa, or pool cover for their needs
- Prepare quotes and follow up with prospective customers
- Assist customers with measurements, product options, colours, upgrades, and accessories
- Convert inbound leads and inquiries into sales
- Follow up on outstanding quotes and potential orders
- Process orders and ensure customer information and specifications are accurate
- Develop a strong understanding of our products and confidently explain their features and benefits
- Provide excellent customer service before and during the ordering process
- Work closely with our production, shipping, and customer service teams
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is friendly, confident, organized, and sales-driven. You should be comfortable speaking with customers throughout the day and have the ability to explain products clearly without using high-pressure sales tactics.

The ideal candidate will have:

- Previous inside sales, customer service, retail, or e-commerce experience




- Strong phone and email communication skills
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Good computer skills and the ability to learn current software quickly
- Strong attention to detail, especially when dealing with custom measurements and orders
- The ability to manage multiple customer inquiries and follow-ups
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Experience with Shopify, CRM systems, or online sales is an asset
- Experience in the pool, spa, home improvement, or related industry is an asset but not required

About the Role

A large portion of our business comes from customers who are already actively looking for replacement covers, so this position focuses heavily on inbound sales and customer assistance, rather than traditional cold calling.

You’ll receive product training and learn how to guide customers through everything from identifying their spa model to selecting materials, insulation levels, upgrades, and custom configurations.
