About the Position

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Full-Time Condominium Cleaner / Custodian.

You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of condominium common areas while providing friendly, professional service to residents.

All assigned buildings are located in central Calgary, including the downtown area.

We specialize in condominium and commercial properties. You will NOT be cleaning private homes or individual apartments.

Job Responsibilities

- Clean and maintain condominium common areas, including lobbies, hallways, elevators, stairwells, and other shared spaces
- Vacuum, mop, dust, and clean various surfaces




- Maintain consistently high cleaning standards
- Identify and report maintenance concerns or building issues
- Interact professionally and courteously with residents and building staff
- Work independently and efficiently while following established cleaning procedures

Job Requirements

- Reliable vehicle required for travelling between assigned buildings
- Physically capable of performing regular cleaning duties, including carrying a backpack vacuum weighing approximately 10 lbs
- Solid attention to detail and pride in delivering quality work
- Ability to work efficiently without compromising cleaning standards
- Dependable, punctual, and well-organized
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- Available to work Monday through Friday during daytime hours
- Previous professional cleaning experience is an asset, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are equally important
