Job Summary:
As a Laborer & Driver at Ancaster Food Equipment, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations by assisting with various tasks related to manufacturing, assembly, and warehouse duties. The ideal candidate will be a reliable team player with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.

Duties:
- Picking up product at various locations.

- performing deliveries of orders alongside a 2nd driver/helper

- may require overnight stays for extended drives (ie Montreal deliveries)

- moving product and maintaining a clean outdoor working environment .

- stacking product for a proficient working space .

- unloading freight and putting it into correct locations .

Skills:

- Must be forklift certified .





- Must carry a G license .

- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical labor throughout the workday.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.

- Good communication skills to work effectively within a team environment.

- Willingness to follow instructions and learn new skills on the job.

- Prior experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting is a plus.
