Duties:

- Assisted with industrial coffee roasting and production operations.
- Loaded and transferred green and roasted coffee beans between production areas.
- Operated coffee packaging, weighing, and sealing equipment.
- Inspected finished products for proper weight, labeling, and packaging quality.
- Loaded, unloaded, and organized raw materials and finished coffee products.
- Maintained cleanliness and followed food-safety and workplace-safety procedures.
- Assisted the production team in meeting daily manufacturing targets.

Requirements:

- previous experience in a factory, warehouse, food production, or manufacturing environment is an asset.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive physical tasks.
- Ability to lift and move bags, boxes, and materials safely.
- Comfortable working around heat, noise, dust,



and coffee aromas in a production environment.
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow production instructions.
- Ability to operate basic production and packaging equipment after training.
- Knowledge of workplace health and safety and food-safety procedures.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced production environment.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends, if required.
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions from supervisors.
