Castal Contracting is a growing business looking for someone who knows their way around a job site, takes pride in their work, and wants to build on their skills.

You should be comfortable with hands-on work, using tools, and helping with a variety of tasks. Experience in areas such as framing, drywall, repairs, installation, or other trade work is useful. You don’t need to know everything—you need a practical foundation, good judgment, and a willingness to learn.

What you’ll bring

- Relevant hands-on experience and confidence using basic tools.
- Your own basic hand tools and power tools, including an impact driver and circular saw.
- Your own vehicle and the ability to reliably get to work at different job sites.
- Reliability, initiative, and care for the quality of your work.
- The ability to follow directions, work safely, and ask questions when needed.

Apprenticeship opportunity

An apprenticeship program will be available in the spring, starting in April.

Pay: $28 per hour
