Job Summary

Duties

- Greet showroom visitors warmly, assess their needs, and guide them through product selections with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Demonstrate product features through engaging product demos, highlighting benefits and unique selling points
- Assist customers with inside sales, including upselling complementary items and negotiating deals to maximize satisfaction and revenue
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and receipt processing
- Maintain organized merchandising displays that attract attention and enhance the shopping experience
- Follow up with customers post-visit to nurture relationships, manage accounts, and encourage repeat business
- Collaborate with team members on marketing initiatives to promote showroom events or new product launches




- Support renovation or construction projects by providing expert advice and coordinating with clients on specifications

Requirements

- Proven experience in retail sales, especially in high-end or luxury environments, with a focus on customer service excellence
- Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse clientele
- Knowledge of outside sales techniques, negotiation strategies, and upselling methods to enhance sales performance
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic math for accurate transactions
- Experience with merchandising, product demos, and inside sales approaches to engage customers effectively
- Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple client accounts and maintaining showroom displays
- Ability to work flexible hours in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude

Pay: $18.25-$24.00 per hour
