Duties
- Greet customers warmly and listen carefully to understand their vehicle concerns and service needs
- Explain repair and maintenance options clearly, providing detailed estimates and timelines
- Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs and ensure timely completion of services
- Upsell additional services or parts that enhance vehicle performance and safety, maximizing customer satisfaction
- Handle cash transactions accurately, process payments, and maintain detailed records of all service orders
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and foster ongoing relationships
- Maintain thorough knowledge of automotive repair procedures, dealership offerings, and current promotions
Requirements
- Previous dealership experience or automotive service advisor background preferred
- Solid mechanical knowledge or mechanic experience to understand vehicle issues effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly
- Proven sales ability with a focus on upselling services and parts naturally and professionally
- Familiarity with automotive repair processes, parts inventory management, and repair order systems
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; relevant certifications are a plus

Pay: $25.50-$42.75 per hour
