Canada Market Research Inc. is looking for a personable, detail-oriented Bilingual Participant Confirmation Coordinator to connect with recruited participants before their research sessions.

You’ll play an key role in confirming that participants qualify, verifying their identity, and ensuring they’re ready to join online research with working technology.

CMR is a boutique Canadian field services firm supporting focus groups, individual interviews, online communities, and other qualitative research throughout North America.

Duties

- Contact participants before their scheduled research sessions, in English or French.
- Review key screening questions to confirm participants meet the study’s eligibility requirements.
- Complete live ID checks in accordance with CMR’s procedures.
- For online studies, check that participants’ computers, webcams, microphones, and internet connections are operational.
- Help participants test access to the research platform and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
- Confirm session details and explain what participants need to do to arrive prepared.
- Record confirmation outcomes accurately and promptly flag eligibility discrepancies,



technical issues, or participants who cannot be reached.
- Handle personal information carefully and follow CMR’s privacy and security procedures.

Qualifications

- Fluency in spoken and written English and French.
- A friendly, professional manner and confidence speaking with a wide range of people.
- Strong attention to detail and comfort following screening and verification procedures.
- The ability to ask follow-up questions respectfully and flag inconsistent information.
- Patience when helping participants who are less comfortable with technology.
- Familiarity with video meeting platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Webex.
- Reliability, accurate recordkeeping, and the ability to work independently.
- Experience in market research, participant recruitment, customer service, interviewing, or technical support would be an asset - training in CMR’s confirmation procedures will be provided.

Pay: From $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 25.0 per week
