Lakewest Ford Lincoln is currently looking for a dependable, outgoing, and customer-focused Parts Counter Person to join our team! If you have strong automotive parts experience and excellent communication skills, this is a great opportunity to grow your career.

Position Overview

- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (with the ability to work Saturdays as required).
- Compensation: Starting salary of $44,000 per year plus performance-based bonuses, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist retail and wholesale customers, technicians, and service advisors with purchasing automotive parts and accessories over the counter, via phone, or online.
- Look up accurate parts using electronic catalogs, VINs, and inventory systems with great attention to detail.
- Receive, stock, organize, and ship parts inventory efficiently.
- Safely lift and move automotive parts, tires,



and shipments weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional parts counter and warehouse area.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in an automotive setting (dealership parts department or automotive retail/service preferred).
- Industry Knowledge: Strong tire knowledge is considered a major asset.
- Physical Requirement: Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Personal Attributes: Reliable, outgoing personality, solid interpersonal skills, and outstanding attention to detail.

Pay: From $44,000.00 per year
