- Communicate regularly and effectively with the clinic owner and management.
- Perform other reasonable administrative duties as required.

Qualifications

Required:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Professional, dependable, punctual, and self-motivated.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a busy healthcare environment.

- Legally eligible to work in Canada.

Preferred:

- Medical Office Administration diploma or related education.
- Previous experience working in a medical, rehabilitation, physiotherapy, chiropractic, massage therapy,

or multidisciplinary healthcare clinic.
- Experience with electronic medical record systems such as Juvonno or Jane.
- Experience with insurance direct billing platforms such as TELUS Health, ProviderConnect, Blue Cross, and other insurer portals.
- Experience processing extended health insurance claims.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who takes ownership of the front desk rather than waiting to be told what needs to be done.

The successful candidate will be proactive, organized, and comfortable identifying priorities, solving routine problems, and following tasks through to completion.

You should enjoy working with people while understanding that a healthcare reception position also requires accuracy, discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.
