Role Overview
We are seeking a driven and organized Clinic Manager to oversee daily operations, lead staff, and drive clinic performance. This role combines leadership, sales, and front desk support to ensure an exceptional client experience and strong business results.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership

- Manage, train, and support clinic staff
- Oversee scheduling, shift coverage, and performance
- Conduct team meetings and provide ongoing coaching
- Ensure adherence to clinic policies and service standards

Sales and Performance

- Drive revenue through packages, memberships, and retail
- Monitor KPIs including sales, rebooking, and conversion rates
- Coach team on consultations and closing techniques
- Support promotions and growth initiatives

Client Experience and Front Desk

- Assist with reception duties as needed including bookings, payments, and check-ins
- Ensure a high-quality, seamless client experience
- Handle client concerns and escalations professionally

Operations

- Oversee daily clinic flow and efficiency
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinic
- Manage inventory and product ordering
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards





Qualifications

- 1+ year of experience in a medical spa, aesthetics clinic, or similar environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Sales-driven with a results-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- Experience with booking and POS systems
