We are currently seeking an experienced CNC Milling Programmer/Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience operating and programming CNC milling machines using Fanuc controls.
Key Responsibilities
- Program, set up, and operate CNC milling machines using Fanuc controls
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications
- Select appropriate cutting tools, speeds, and feeds
- Set up machines and perform tool changes and adjustments
- Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments
- Make program adjustments as required to maintain quality and accuracy
- Troubleshoot machining and equipment issues
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all workplace safety and quality procedures
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a CNC Milling Programmer/Operator
- Strong experience with Fanuc controls
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Experience with CNC machine setup, programming, and operation
- Knowledge of precision measuring tools and quality inspection
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Schedule: Monday to Friday (8am to 4pm)
Pay: $20.25-$29.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
