We're looking for a high performing Construction Project Manager to lead demolition, hazardous material abatement, concrete & environmental projects across the Maritimes. This role is ideal for someone from a specialty trade background (demolition, concrete, cutting/coring, hazardous material abatement, environmental, specialty civil, etc) who's managed projects from the ground up and leads with clarity

What You'll Be Responsible For

- Own the execution of demolition, concrete and specialty projects form kickoff to closeout

- Lead project planning, resourcing, and scheduling

- Manage communications with clients, subcontractors and our field supervisors

- Monitor productivity, costs, timelines — and solve problems before they escalate.

- Drive safety and compliance expectations

- Collaborate with field team to ensure clarity, execution, and accountability

- Estimate, price and secure projects

Requirements

- Have experience managing one of the following specialties:



concrete demolition, demolition, hazardous material abatement, environmental, petroleum

- Thrive under pressure and enjoy a fast pace

- Speak the language of the crews, clients and superintendents

- Take ownership of results and don't make excuses

Qualifications

- 2-10+ years of construction experience (specialty trade or GC background)

- Proven experience managing demolition, concrete or specialty trade projects

- Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing & safety

- Confident with scheduling & cost tracking

- Valid driver's license
