Overview
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our dealership team. This role is vital in providing exceptional service to our customers by accurately assessing vehicle needs, communicating effectively, and guiding clients through the repair and maintenance process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair, dealership experience, and excellent sales skills to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival, creating a welcoming environment.
- Listen carefully to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues.
- Communicate repair recommendations clearly, explaining necessary services and options.
- Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs and ensure timely completion of services.
- Upsell additional services or maintenance based on vehicle needs, enhancing customer value.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain proper documentation of all financial dealings.
- Provide regular updates to customers regarding vehicle status and estimated completion times.
- Maintain detailed records of services performed, customer interactions, and sales activities.
- Promote dealership services,



warranty programs, and maintenance packages to maximize revenue.
