We are seeking a full-time Telecom Account Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with people in person, learning about communication services, and helping customers find solutions that fit their everyday needs.

As a Telecom Account Representative, you’ll work face-to-face with local customers to understand their connectivity needs, explain available service options, and guide them through the enrollment process. You’ll receive hands-on professional development to build your communication, customer service, and sales skills while contributing to a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities of the Telecom Account Representative

- Meet with customers in person to understand their home connectivity needs and identify appropriate service options, assisting customers throughout their enrollment process.
- Present internet, television, home phone, and related communication solutions clearly and professionally.
- Explain plan features, pricing, and available options so customers can make informed decisions.




- Assist customers with enrollment paperwork, account setup, and service activation.
- Follow up with customers after enrollment to answer questions and ensure a positive experience.
- Maintain accurate customer records and track enrollment activity.
- Work alongside the sales and customer experience team to support daily goals and community outreach efforts.

Qualifications of the Telecom Account Representative

- Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or a related field is an asset, but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking with customers face-to-face.
- Organized and detail-oriented when handling customer information.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Pay: $48,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
