Duties

- Prepare and assemble food items following established recipes and quality standards
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, to process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Manage cash handling responsibilities with precision and integrity
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, and addressing inquiries or concerns
- Maintain sanitation and food safety standards through proper food handling and cleanliness practices
- Assist in upselling menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities




- Support team members during busy periods by sharing responsibilities such as serving, cashiering, and kitchen tasks
- Follow all safety procedures related to food industry regulations and sanitation protocols

Experience

- Previous food service experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and kitchen operations is advantageous
- Experience with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is a plus but training will be provided
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume periods
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively
- Basic math skills for cash handling, order accuracy, and inventory management
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices within the restaurant or food industry
- Ability to work as part of a team or independently in a fast-paced environment
