We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our retail team.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for technology sales, and the ability to engage customers through product demos and upselling techniques. The Sales Associate will be responsible for creating a welcoming shopping experience, managing transactions efficiently, and supporting merchandising efforts to enhance store presentation.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to facilitate informed purchasing decisions
- Engage in upselling and cross-selling to maximize sales opportunities
- Operate POS systems accurately for cash handling and transactions
- Maintain organized merchandising displays aligned with company standards
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly




- Manage cashiering duties including processing returns, exchanges, and payments with professionalism
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and stock areas
- Support inventory management through stock replenishment and product placement
- Utilize strong communication skills to inform customers about promotions, current products, and store policies

Experience

- Prior experience in retail sales, preferably in direct sales or car sales
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM systems
- Experience conducting product demos or technical sales is a plus
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities (e.g., English plus another language) are highly desirable
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and customer service excellence
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a friendly demeanor

Pay: $40,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
