Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service, possess strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, and be skilled in managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for crafting drinks, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and safe bar area. Experience with POS systems such as Clover or TouchBistro is preferred, along with a solid background in food service and hospitality. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills in a lively setting while contributing to memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences
- Manage cash transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cashing out guests efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring their needs are met promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies
- Ensure compliance with food safety and food handling regulations at all times




- Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and prevent over-serving
- Restock bar inventory as needed, including alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and other supplies
- Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours
- Adhere to all health and safety standards related to food safety, food handling, and alcohol service

Experience

- Previous restaurant or food industry experience preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems or similar platforms is advantageous
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and managing tabs
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours
- Experience in serving alcohol responsibly and understanding liquor laws is a plus
- Background in hospitality or food service environments will be beneficial for success in this role
