Job Summary

We are seeking 3 to 4 full time and part-time Budtenders to create an unstoppable team! Your enthusiasm and expertise will help guide customers through their cannabis journey with confidence and care. Our Budtenders will provide exceptional customer service, educate clients on product offerings, and ensure a welcoming environment. Your role is vital in creating a positive experience for every visitor while maintaining compliance with all regulations. Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products tailored to their needs
- Provide detailed product knowledge, including effects, dosages, and consumption methods
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling and transactions
- Upsell products by recommending complementary items to enhance customer satisfaction
- Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure product availability
- Follow all safety protocols, including heavy lifting procedures and security measures
- Manage inventory levels, perform stock rotations, and document product movements
- Uphold compliance with local regulations regarding age verification and product restrictions
- Handle customer inquiries professionally via in-person interactions or digital communication




- Support team members with daily operations, including filing reports and organizing paperwork

Requirements

- Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual abilities in French or other languages are a plus
- Prior retail sales experience, preferably within hospitality or customer service environments
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and time management abilities
- Ability to perform some heavy lifting safely when handling product stock or supplies
- Experience operating POS systems and basic computer skills for daily transactions
- Knowledge of merchandising techniques to optimize product presentation
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Bilingual proficiency (English plus French or other languages) is highly desirable
- Ability to work flexible hours in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
