Staff Plus is recruiting a Licensed Industrial Millwright (433A) for a permanent afternoon shift opportunity with a well-established manufacturing organization in Aylmer, Ontario.

What You'll Do

- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and minimize production downtime
- Diagnose root causes and implement effective repair solutions
- Complete equipment inspections and preventative maintenance activities
- Perform welding and fabrication repairs as required
- Complete minor electrical repairs and installations
- Follow lockout/tagout procedures and all safety requirements
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
- Work collaboratively with production, maintenance, and operations teams

What We're Looking For





- Valid Ontario 433A Industrial Mechanic Millwright License
- Industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Experience working with hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, pumps, motors, and rotating equipment
- Welding and fabrication experience considered an asset
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Strong commitment to safety and continuous improvement
