Responsibilities

- Prepare and mix cake batters, fillings, icings, and other baked goods with precision and care.
- Decorate cakes and desserts using various techniques, including piping, fondant work, and embellishments to create eye-catching designs.
- Ensure all baked items meet quality standards, food safety regulations, and presentation expectations.
- Assist customers with selecting custom cakes and provide friendly, knowledgeable service to enhance their experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery area, including equipment sanitation and proper food handling procedures.
- Package finished products securely for delivery or in-store pickup,



ensuring freshness and presentation.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals while maintaining a positive work environment.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in cake decorating, baking, or food preparation within a bakery or restaurant setting.
- Strong skills in cake decorating techniques such as piping, fondant work, and creative design execution.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling practices.
- Experience working in the food industry with a focus on quality control and customer service.
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Excellent attention to detail combined with a passion for creating visually appealing desserts.
- Prior experience in food packaging and presentation is a plus.
