Family Braces is looking for confident, patient focused individuals who want to bring their leadership, customer service, and sales experience into a new industry.

As a Patient Coordinator, you will work directly with patients while learning our clinics, systems, and patient experience from the ground up, with opportunities to grow and advance within the company.

What You Will Do

- Greet and assist patients while providing an exceptional experience
- Check in patients, process payments, complete financial paperwork, and maintain accurate patient files
- Answer incoming calls and assist patients with questions and appointment needs
- Educate patients on retainer packages and available options
- Work closely with the clinic team to keep the day running smoothly and efficiently




- Take initiative and step in wherever support is needed

What We Are Looking For

- Management or supervisory experience in retail, hospitality, or another customer focused industry
- Solid sales and customer service skills
- Confident, outgoing, and comfortable dealing with different personalities
- Accustomed to a fast paced environment and high expectations
- Reliable vehicle to work between our Calgary locations

No dental experience is required. We provide comprehensive, hands-on training.
