About the Opportunity

Arovaa Global Inc. is looking for motivated, personable sales representatives to promote Rogers Internet, TV, home phone, and mobility services.

In this field-based role, you will meet residential customers through door-to-door sales, understand their needs, and recommend suitable plans. You will have the independence to manage your daily activity, supported by product training, practical coaching, and a collaborative team.

This opportunity suits someone who enjoys meeting people, takes initiative, and is comfortable earning income based on performance.

Compensation and Weekly Bonus

- Uncapped commissions: Earn commissions on eligible sales, with no earnings cap.
- $500 weekly activity bonus: Qualify by completing at least 30 hours of fieldwork and knocking on at least 350 doors during the same week. Both requirements must be met.
- Annual earning potential of $80,000 or more: Actual earnings depend on sales results and qualifying bonuses and are not guaranteed.

This is an independent contractor opportunity with commission-based compensation and a conditional weekly activity bonus. There is no guaranteed base salary.

What You’ll Do

- Visit homes in your assigned territory and introduce Rogers services.




- Ask questions to understand each customer’s needs and recommend relevant options.
- Clearly explain pricing, promotions, service details, and order requirements.
- Handle objections respectfully and guide customers through the sales process.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activity, and follow-ups.
- Participate in product training and coaching to improve your knowledge and results.
- Represent Arovaa Global Inc. and Rogers services professionally, with honesty and respect.
