Duties

- Greet customers warmly and listen carefully to understand their vehicle concerns and service needs
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and communicate findings clearly to customers, leveraging mechanical knowledge and dealership experience
- Prepare detailed service estimates, explaining repair options and recommended services with confidence
- Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs and ensure timely completion of work
- Upsell additional services or maintenance that benefit the customer while meeting dealership sales goals
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and issuing receipts




- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships
- Maintain organized records of service orders, customer interactions, and vehicle history for future reference

Experience

- Previous experience is highly preferred, providing familiarity with automotive service processes and customer expectations
- Hands-on mechanic experience or mechanical knowledge that enables effective communication about vehicle repairs
- Proven success in customer service roles within the automotive industry or related fields
- Strong sales skills with an ability to upsell services tactfully while prioritizing customer needs
- Experience handling cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Knowledge of automotive repair procedures, parts, and maintenance schedules is a plus

Pay: $39,000.00-$92,200.00 per year
