Responsibilities

- Deliver professional hair styling services including cuts, color, treatments, and styling tailored to each client’s preferences.
- Provide friendly, attentive customer service by listening carefully to clients’ needs and offering expert advice.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
- Upsell additional services or retail products to enhance the client experience and increase sales.
- Manage front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling payments efficiently.




- Communicate clearly with clients about their desired looks, hair care tips, and aftercare instructions.
- Keep the salon organized and well-stocked with supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements

- Proven experience in hair styling with a strong portfolio of work.
- Excellent communication skills to connect with diverse clients and team members.
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols and best practices in a salon setting.
- Ability to upsell retail products confidently while prioritizing client satisfaction.
- Strong customer service orientation with a positive, energetic attitude.
- Basic retail sales skills and familiarity with front desk operations are preferred.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks comfortably.
