Role Overview

Bring energy, organization, and GymStars spirit to camps, clinics, special events, birthday parties, drop-ins, and other recreational programming. This role is ideal for a positive and engaging coach who enjoys working with different groups, ages, and event formats.

Key Responsibilities

- Coach and support camps, clinics, special events, and recreational activities.
- Lead fun, organized, age-appropriate gymnastics activities and games.
- Assist with birthday parties, drop-ins, and other GymStars events as scheduled.
- Provide safe instruction using appropriate gymnastics progressions.
- Help with event setup, equipment organization, transitions, and cleanup.
- Create a welcoming, energetic, and positive experience for athletes and families.

Qualifications

- NCCP Foundations certification or willingness to complete it.
- Previous coaching, recreation, camp, or event experience is an asset.
- Energetic, dependable, organized, and comfortable leading groups.




- Robust communication and teamwork skills.
- Enjoys working with children of different ages and abilities.
- Able to adapt quickly to different programs, activities, and event needs.

Position Details

- Flexible and event-based shifts may be available.
- Daytime, evening, weekend, school-break, and summer availability may be required.
- Hours may include camps, clinics, birthday parties, drop-ins, and special events.
- Training, mentorship, and certification opportunities are available.
- Compensation is based on qualifications and experience.
