Duties

Key responsibilities:

- Perform repetitive tasks.
- Be able to stand on the production line for the whole shift of 7.5hrs
- Be able to lift boxes of approximately 22 – 24 Lbs.
- Use production sheet to ensure what task is needed for that day.
- Operate various equipment including loading & changing of own coil after sufficient training.
- Complies with all Safety Regulations; always maintains a safe and clean work environment.
- Always follows GMP policy.
- Complete production forms in English.
- Other duties as required.

Requirements

- Prior experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments is preferred but not mandatory; we value eagerness to learn!
- Mechanical knowledge or aptitude for understanding machinery operations is highly desirable.




- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in assembly and maintenance tasks
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow detailed instructions and safety procedures
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift heavy objects, and perform manual tasks throughout shifts
- Excellent teamwork skills combined with a proactive approach to problem-solving

Education: High School.

Personality: Self-driven and a clear focus on high product quality and safety. Mature, credible, eligible, tolerant, and determined. Able to get on with others and be a team-player.

Specific Job Skills: Basic knowledge of GMP. Good Hand Eye co-ordination

Literacy and Numeracy: Able to read and write in English

Quality and Product safety Responsibilities:

- Responsible to ensure that product is safely produced on a day-to-day basis.
- Ensure that legality, quality, and integrity of the product meets customer expectation and product safety scheme requirements
