Stilmas Americas, based in Burlington Ontario, manufactures a line of water purification equipment platforms that are compliant with the current USP Purified Water (PW). Stilmas Americas is currently seeking an

MANUFACTURING SPECIALIST / PROCESS WELDER:

In this position you will learn to assemble high quality water treatment equipment using the skills that Stilmas will teach you. You will be working in a clean environment and using high quality materials. After a successful training period and testing you can become a TSSA certified welder with your BL-1-1 pipe 6G in all positions and BL-3-3 tube 6G in all positions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Primary Responsibility is to assemble of water treatment equipment using the following disciplines:





· Major Component Installation

· Pipe / Tube / Fitting Tacking

· TIG / Orbital Machine Welding

· Stainless Steel Tube Bending

· Compression tubing and Fitting Assembly

· Electrical Tracking and Conduit Installation

· Plastic Piping Assembly

. Equipment Assembly

. Other duties as requested

· Other Skills Necessary to Build the Equipment As Per Plans & Spec’s

Qualification:

The successful candidate will have a high school /trade school diploma; mechanically inclined; ability to read and assemble using drawings; ability to follow written and verbal instructions; able to use a measuring tape and make quick calculations, ability to lift at least 50 lbs. Certified powered lift truck operator

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $25.00-$26.00 per hour
