Hardy Sales is a local, family-owned and operated wholesale food distribution company serving Western Canada since 1982. We are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to join our team as Warehouse Associates in our Langley cold storage facility. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, physically active environment and is comfortable working in cold temperatures.

Key Responsibilities

- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse
- Follow all company safety protocols, CFIA, and HACCP procedures
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
- Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately

Requirements

- Completion of secondary school
- Ability to work in cold storage conditions (as low as -20°C / -4°F)
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (no public transit available)
- Previous warehouse/logistics experience is an asset




- Experience operating an electric pallet jack or reach truck is an asset but not required

Compensation & Perks

- $20.00-$23.00 per hour depending on experience

Schedule

- Monday to Friday: 2:30pm-11:00pm
- Monday to Friday: 7:00am-3:30pm
- Shift may vary based on operational volume
- Overtime and occasional weekend work as required

Experience (Preferred but Not Required)

- 1 year of warehouse experience
- 1 year of reach truck experience (preferred)
