What You’ll Do:

- Face-to-Face Engagement: Represent our reputable client portfolio directly through residential/territory door-to-door campaigns in the Greater Toronto Area.
- Build Relationships: Educate potential supporters, handle objections with confidence, and secure financial contributions for impactful causes.
- Team Leadership & Expansion: Rapidly transition from a field representative to a Team Lead. You will recruit, mentor, and manage your own crew of brand ambassadors—putting you on the fast track to running your own independent operation.
- Daily Training: Participate in morning sales workshops, mindset coaching, and strategy sessions to sharpen your communication and leadership skills.
