Duties

- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management
- Lead, motivate, and supervise sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service
- Implement merchandising strategies to optimize product displays and maximize sales potential
- Manage staffing schedules, recruiting current team members, and providing ongoing training and development
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints efficiently, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Monitor sales performance data, prepare reports, and assist with budgeting and pricing strategies
- Coordinate purchasing activities, manage POS (Point of Sale) systems, and oversee stock replenishment

Skills





- Proven experience in supervising retail sales teams with strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills in multiple languages (bilingual/multilingual abilities are a plus)
- Skilled in negotiation, marketing, and promotional activities to boost store visibility and sales
- Proficient in payroll processing, bookkeeping, and administrative tasks related to retail management
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of POS systems, cashiering procedures, and cash handling protocols
- Ability to train staff on customer service standards, sales techniques, and safety procedures
- Competent in merchandising, pricing strategies, and purchasing processes to optimize store profitability
