Job Posting: Montessori Early Childhood Educator

Kidzville Learning Centre is looking for a passionate Montessori Early Childhood Educator to join our team.

Position: Montessori Early Childhood Educator
Wage: $21–$22 per hour + $6 ECE Wage Enhancement

We are seeking an educator who understands and practices Montessori principles, creating a calm, respectful, and prepared environment where children can develop independence, confidence, and a love for learning.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and maintain a Montessori classroom environment
- Guide children through hands-on Montessori materials and activities
- Support children’s independence, concentration, and practical life skills
- Observe and document children’s development and learning
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom
- Work collaboratively with team members
- Communicate professionally with families




- Follow childcare licensing regulations and centre policies

Qualifications:

- Valid Early Childhood Educator (ECE) License – required
- Montessori Early Childhood Certification – required
- Strong understanding of child development for ages 3–5
- Patient, respectful, and nurturing approach
- Strong observation, classroom management, and teamwork skills
