- Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, HRVs and ductwork in new home builds and renovations
- Rough in and finish HVAC systems to code and to plan
- Start up, test and commission equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair heating and cooling systems
- Read and work from mechanical drawings and heat loss calculations
- Keep job sites clean and communicate with site supers and homeowners in a skilled way
What we're looking for
- Journeyman Sheet Metal or Refrigeration & AC Mechanic, or an apprentice in [year X or higher] (we'll consider both)
- Residential HVAC experience
- Gas Fitter ticket (Class B) is an asset
- Valid Class 5 driver's license and a clean driving record
- Your own hand tools
- Reliable, on time, and able to work on your own or with a crew
