Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Residential Energy Storage Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of residential energy storage projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive innovative energy solutions, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure projects meet quality, safety, and performance standards. Duties

- Lead the end-to-end management of residential energy storage projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings ensuring accurate project execution.
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Primavera P6, and HeavyBid to develop detailed project schedules and cost estimates.
- Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to coordinate installation activities effectively.
- Oversee civil design components using Civil 3D and ensure compliance with local codes and regulations.
- Manage subcontractors and vendors by reviewing construction estimates and ensuring quality standards are met.
- Conduct site inspections using Bluebeam for documentation and quality assurance purposes.
- Develop comprehensive project timelines utilizing time management best practices to meet deadlines efficiently.




- Coordinate with stakeholders to review construction schematics and schematics for energy storage systems.
- Monitor project progress regularly, adjusting schedules as needed to maintain momentum and meet project milestones.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed on-site, fostering a protected working environment for all team members.

Experience

- Proven experience managing residential or small-scale energy storage or renewable energy projects from start to finish.
- Strong background in construction management with hands-on experience in construction estimating and project scheduling.
- Familiarity with construction management software such as ProCore, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, HeavyBid, and Civil 3D is essential.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
- Prior civil or electrical construction experience is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated skills in project management including time management, resource coordination, and stakeholder communication.
- Knowledge of industry standards related to residential energy systems and safety regulations is preferred.
