Summit Sports and Health is a multidisciplinary health clinic offering chiropractic, physiotherapy, registered massage, nutrition, naturopathy and mental health services. We have expanded our space and our team of practitioners and are seeking additional front-end support.
The ideal candidate will have a friendly, positive energy and easy-going personality while being disciplined and detail oriented. You should be able to deal with complaints, give accurate information, and able to handle multiple duties. A compassionate-oriented approach is essential when dealing with practitioners and their clients.
The goal is to make clients feel comfortable and valued while at the clinic, as well as support the staff in their respective practice.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests with positive energy
- Answer questions and address complaints
- Answer all incoming calls and emails and support customers while relaying important information to the appropriate staff
- Laundry and linens
- Fee collection and direct billing
- General cleaning and maintenance of the clinic
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills, with an ability to handle multiple duties simultaneously
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with Jane App is beneficial
Job Type: Permanent, Part-Time
Compensation: $16.50/hour
Schedule:
- 3-4 shifts per week, 15-25 hours a week
- Flexible scheduling: Mornings, afternoons, and evenings
- Monday to Saturday
