Lawn Enforcement Landscaping Ltd. is a Vancouver-based landscape construction company delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects. We’re looking for an experienced Skilled Landscape Construction Installer who takes pride in their craftsmanship, works well as part of a team, and is interested in building a long-term career with our company.

This is a hands-on role for an experienced installer who can confidently carry out landscape construction work to a high standard. You’ll work alongside our foreman and team to complete a variety of projects while continuing to develop your technical skills.

This position offers a direct pathway to a Lead Hand role. We’re looking for someone who wants to grow with our company, take on increasing responsibility, and develop the skills needed to lead a crew. Strong workmanship, reliability, initiative, and a willingness to learn will be key to progressing into this position.

Apprenticeship sponsorship and ongoing training are available.

What You’ll Do

- Carry out landscape construction installations from layout through to completion
- Install paving stone systems, including interlocking pavers and large-format slabs
- Build retaining walls using segmental block, natural stone, and timber
- Perform excavation, grading, base preparation, and compaction
- Install site drainage systems, including drain tile and rain leader connections
- Perform carpentry, masonry, and planting work as required
- Operate construction equipment, including excavators and skid steers
- Read site plans, follow layouts, and work accurately to specifications
- Maintain high standards of workmanship, site safety, and cleanliness
- Maintain tools and equipment and contribute to daily site setup and teardown

What We’re Looking For

- 3+ years of landscape construction experience
- Strong understanding of base preparation, grading, compaction, and construction math




- Proven experience installing pavers, retaining walls, and other landscape construction features
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience operating construction equipment and towing a trailer
- Valid Class 5 driver’s licence
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Strong communication skills in English
- Red Seal Landscape Horticulturist certification, a related degree, or progress toward a qualification is an asset
- A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and pride in quality workmanship
- Initiative, reliability, and an interest in developing leadership skills
- A desire to progress into a Lead Hand role and take on greater responsibility

- $30–$35/hour or more, based on experience and qualifications

Position Details

Hours: Full time | 40–45 hours/week, with seasonal variation

Work Area: Almost exclusively in Vancouver, with occasional projects in Burnaby and Richmond.

Preference given to candidates who live in Vancouver or are willing to relocate.
