We are currently seeking an Inside Technical Sales professional. As a member of the sales team, you will generate sales, develop new business opportunities, grow existing customer base and provide technical product support to customers.

Key Accountabilities:

- Sales generation and business developmentInside sales/customer service
- Process orders
- Respond to inquiriesBuild relationships
- Provide technical product supportIdentify customer requirements and make recommendations
- Prepare accurate and competitive quotations to existing and prospective customersWork closely with team members in various departments
- Assist with sales and customer-related projects
- Participate in company initiatives to increase sales, customer retention and market development
- Perform other duties assigned

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing
- Min. 2 years inside sales, technical/industrial sales experience preferred Transportation, automotive, OEM aftermarket, hardware industry experience




- Strong sales drive with ability to identify opportunitiesAbility to understand customer applications
- Strong and effective communication both written and verbal
- Solid attention to detailProfessional, confident and courteous customer-facing manner
- Ability to multi-taskPrevious ERP/supply chain experience
