Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and personable Cashier/Customer Service professional to join our dynamic retail team. Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases, inquiries, and product information
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling, credit card transactions, and receipts
- Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits, encouraging customer engagement and upselling opportunities
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction
- Maintain merchandising standards by organizing products on shelves and displays effectively
- Handle cash register operations with precision, including balancing cash drawers at shift end




- Communicate clearly with customers via phone or in person using qualified phone etiquette and active listening skills

Requirements

- Multilingual abilities or bilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse customer needs
- Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or technical sales is preferred
- Knowledge of POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic math skills are essential
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain product features confidently during demos
- Excellent organizational skills for managing time effectively during busy hours
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
- Demonstrated customer service orientation with a friendly demeanor and problem-solving mindset
