Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise store staff, including recruiting, training, and developing team members to achieve their full potential.
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth cash handling, POS (Point of Sale) system management, and adherence to company policies.
- Manage inventory purchasing, merchandising, pricing strategies, and stock organization to maximize sales opportunities.
- Implement effective marketing initiatives and promotional activities to attract customers and boost sales performance.
- Monitor sales metrics, prepare budgets, and conduct financial bookkeeping to maintain fiscal health of the store.
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing concerns promptly and maintaining high standards of communication skills and phone etiquette.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance evaluations, and training sessions focused on sales management, organizational skills, and leadership development.

Requirements





- Proven supervising experience in a retail environment with demonstrated success in store management or sales management roles.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks such as budgeting, payroll processing, and inventory control simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills in both bilingual or multilingual settings preferred; capable of engaging diverse customer bases effectively.
- Proficiency in POS systems, cash handling procedures, bookkeeping, and basic math for accurate financial transactions.
- Experience with recruiting, interviewing candidates, training staff, and supervising team members to foster a positive work environment.
- Knowledge of retail sales techniques including merchandising, pricing strategies, marketing initiatives, and promotional planning.
- Ability to handle administrative responsibilities such as payroll processing, record keeping, and budgeting with attention to detail.
- Strong leadership qualities with a focus on engaging teams through coaching and development efforts.

Pay: $16.00-$21.75 per hour
